Wright Pump was established in 1996 by a group of former executives of Waukesha Cherry-Burrell.
Wright first developed a line of replacement parts that were interchangeable with those of Waukesha pumps,
and later manufactured complete pumps which were drop-in replacements, but with significant improvements as standard, like helical timing gears, powder-coated gearboxes and four-way mounting.
