Below is a selection of the used equipment we have in stock. Most, if not all, of our stock is in 'as new' condition and we can usually offer warranty. We will test and refurbish as necessary prior to despatch.

Wright Pump TRA10 Model 0150

Drop-in replacement for Waukesha Pump U1 Model 015

• Standard Cover
• Standard Rotors (Twin wing alloy 808 standard clearance)
• Single Mechanical Seal Silicon Carbide Faces and Viton elastomers
• 1.5 inch Triclamp connections
• Stainless steel gear case

Currently coupled to a 0.75kW Leroy Somer motor running at 100 - 456 rpm. This pump and motor combination will pump 5.5 - 25 litres per minute. Pump and motor mounted on a 304 Stainless Steel Baseplate.

Waukesha Pump Universal 1 Model 60

Upgraded from Waukesha Pump specification to Wright Pump standards.

• Seal to be specified by buyer and dependant on the application
• 2.5 inch ISS connections
• Standard gear case

Bareshaft pump only but depending on your needs, we can supply a suitable motor from a range of recognised manufacturers. We can also mount onto customised baseplate constructed from Stainless Steel if required.

There is no drop-in Waukesha Pump equivalent for this model

Currently coupled to a 1.1kW Leroy Somer motor running at 10 - 119 rpm. This pump and motor combination will pump 4 - 50 litres per minute. Pump and motor mounted on a 304 Stainless Steel Baseplate.

Powerful rare-earth magnets to capture and hold ferrous or work-hardened trash from nuts and bolts to stainless steel fines as small as 0.0001 inches in diameter from process and transfer lines. Machined from solid or low magnetic permeability centrifugally cast 316 Stainless Steel with food grade gaskets.

Used when processing fragile solids such as fruit preserves, cooked meats, cottage cheese, or sinewy products where they are placed in front of pumps, screens, or mills to protect equipment from damage, or in front of fillers to ensure product quality.
