The Pump Feeder can be used in EXTRUDING and PORTIONING and offers an unlimited array of extruding heads and cutters. With the guarantee of air free product continuous lines of product can be formed or portioned shapes of product can be deposited onto a moving belt.
Extruder / Portioner
Offers an unlimited array of different extruding heads and cutters. For example: the wire cutting of cookies, the grinding of cheese and the grinding and reclaim of granola and other snack bar trim.
Other uses include:
- Pre-sheeting dough into rollers
- Extruding and cutting ropes of bagel dough
- Depositing sized portions of dough, fish, crab cake material onto a conveyor
- Metered amounts of meat products into a casing sizer or polybag
- Grinding cheese into a pneumatic conveyor system
- Continuous extrusion of ropes of burrito or ravioli filling onto the dough sheet
- Extrusion and continuous cutting of a multitude of "niblet" sized products
- Co-extrusion using two units to create unique tastes such as cheese inside sausage meat
